An international business coach who is focused on problem-solving and revenue growth via custom solutions.

Retired USAF pilot who proudly served the nation for 27 years after graduating from the Air Force Academy.

Navigating the seasons of transition has become familiar territory for Ben Morley, empowering the practice of reframing life’s “Why” situations to “What Now” scenarios.

Growing up on a small farm in Friday Harbor on San Juan Island Washington, Ben chose to attend the US Air Force Academy where he was recruited to play football, becoming the first person from his county to attend a military service academy.

After graduation Ben advanced into a new role as an instructor pilot, honorably serving for 27 years in both peacetime and combat, flying to all seven continents, and leading a highly classified airlift program. These experiences often required generating time-critical solutions and adapting to environments with incomplete information to perform actions with global ramifications.

At the completion of this chapter Ben progressed into coaching businesses domestically and internationally how to engage their teams to solve problems and grow revenue by designing custom solutions so their company emerges stronger and prepared for the next level. His clients include Lincare, First American, Canada Post and Danone North America, as well as multiple companies within Washington.

In addition to coaching, he is a team member with Nokomis Advisory Services and a mentor with Venture Mechanics, providing sell-side representation and exit strategies for business owners. In this capacity Ben extends guidance to foster strong company culture on their organization’s journey of service.

He serves clients as a business coach and is the author of the Achieving Clarity Podcast. He has been married for 24 years where they homeschool their two daughters and raise guide dogs for the blind.

As a speaker, Ben excels at communicating complex topics in a simple yet impactful manner, injecting humor and levity into his presentations that engage the audience and resonate with the message. Clients have remarked they remember his key principles years later, empowering them to change Why stages into What Now strategies.
